2. Choose from digital or physical Gift Cards The big brands they know and the local businesses they love - in their pocket or their digital wallet! The choice is yours. Due to differing delivery options, it’s not possible to buy both physical and digital Gift Cards in one order. If you need both physical and digital Gift Cards, please place separate orders.
Physical gift cards
Physical Town & City Gift Cards are recyclable board Gift Cards that your recipients can pop into their wallet or purse. Each Gift Card has its own unique design. They can be sent directly to you, so you can distribute them in person.
Digital e-cards
Brand new for 2024, we’re making it even easier to gift unbeatable local choice to your people with digital Gift Cards that your recipients can add to their digital wallet using the Love Local app. You can send digital e-cards to multiple people at once, on a date or time of your choice.
With 4 cards to choose from, finding a town or city local to you shouldn’t be a problem. You can also order cards for multiple locations - perfect for bringing the personal touch to your nationwide connections.
You can pay for your order by credit/debit card for orders up to €2,000 or invoice for orders over €2,000. Invoices can be paid by BACS. Your invoice is sent automatically from the website so if you haven't received it within 10 minutes of placing an order, please contact us at support@mi-cnx.com. We cannot process an order until payment is received
Pay by invoice
For all orders over €2,000, you'll automatically be sent an invoice. Once the invoice is issued and your payment is received, we'll send out your cards (please note, your Gift Cards can’t be sent until payment is received). Add orders@townandcitygiftcards.com to your safe senders to make sure your invoice is received.
Pay by credit or debit card
If you're placing an order, you can pay by debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). You will automatically be sent an invoice.
There are two delivery services to choose from - Standard or Express. The Express service is tracked. If your Town & City Gift Card order is over €500, your cards are sent locked and inactive for security purposes. When your cards are received please contact us prior to gifting so these can be unlocked and activated ready for you to gift. In certain locations you may also be able to Click and Collect your order free of charge.
Once you’ve placed your digital Gift Card order, you can upload a CSV file with details of your digital Town & City Gift Card recipients. Please take care to ensure this information is correct, as changes can’t be made to recipients once the Gift Cards have been sent. Once you’ve sent your digital Town & City Gift Cards to your chosen recipients, they’ll receive an email with instructions on how to download the Love Local app, create an account and add their Gift Card to their digital wallet using an activation code. The activation code expires after 3 months, so please encourage your recipients to activate their Gift Card as soon as they receive it.
